Critical Path Method: CPM is a scheduling technique used to plan and manage project activities based on their dependencies and durations. This type of methodology aims at identifying the longest sequence of dependent activities that determine the project’s overall duration – the critical path. This helps project managers to prioritise efficiency and allocate appropriate resources and budgets to ensure projects are completed in the most appropriate time frame.
